1- “Download” page:

Only on the download page of a particular media file, you can see the required license info of that particular media file.

Each media file has its own independent license that doesn't apply on a different media file page.

Users must read, understand and comply with each license independently.

2- “Upload” page:

On “Upload" page, the Media Master decides what license type will apply on the uploaded media file.

3- License limits:

Regardless of the cFotos license type you use:

• You cannot gather, collect, store, re-publish, re-display, re-produce or re-distribute files from cfotos.net to create a gallery, media stock, business portal, online market or any other service that competes with or is similar partially or fully to cfotos.net,
• You can not claim ownership of files you downloaded, only the right to use for limited projects,
• You cannot resell, rent, give as a gift, transfer the right of usage to a third party.

4- License Types:

• Free for Commercial and Non-Profit use:

Without any fee or royalties, you can use the media file for projects that aim at generating profits, or for non-profit projects,

• Free For Non-Profit use only:

Without any fee or royalties, you can use the media file only for none profit projects,

• Premium (paid for Commercial and Non-Profit use):

For a specific fee, visible on the “Download” page, you can use the media file for projects that aim at generating profits, or for non-profit projects,

• Premium (Paid for Non-Profit use):

For a specific fee, visible on the “Download” page, you can use the media file for non-profit projects.
